Also: Flip down your sun visors and have the air only coming out at the windshield. The visors will redirect some of the air back and the windshield and help to clear it faster. 

If you drive an old POS car just open the windows and drive if the inside and the outside of the windshield glass is the same temperature it greatly reduces the fogging.
