Actually...unless there’s some obscure indie I’ve never heard of, I don’t think there’s been any games featuring a pregnant protagonist and...while I do kind of get it, ‘dying’ in a game where you’re pregnant is unfathomably worse, I think it would be an incredibly compelling character for a game.
