It's pretty sad that a TV show with an obviously lower budget has the better "Flash" Costume. The TV Flash looks cleaner (in terms of design) and more functional. The movie costume looks like a Ben Cooper design.

As someone who grew up in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, it's mind-roasting that anyone thought there was anything there photogenic enough to deserve putting in a feature film. Even a low-budget feature film. Tewksbury is nondescript to an almost aggressive degree.
The AV Club equivalent of a "Gentleman's C".
