It’s true though. I wouldn’t trade my family for anything but when I hear other parents of younger children talk about how exhausted they are or how they never get time to themselves I often wonder what they thought this whole thing was gonna be about.

😂 My 7 year old got up this morning at 4:30 and was ready to start his day. Sometimes this happens! He slept over 8 hours and he was all set and ready to watch Flushed Away.

Seriously! A little cereal in that bottle before bed and that kid will zonk out cold every night. And yes, she should be having other solids as well. At 9 months food should certainly be introduced.

Late to the party on this, but congrats on cutting down on drinking and smoking!! I will also be 38 this year and I’m suddenly having a huge health push. I’m fucking furious that these assholes have the gall to pretend teachers aren’t the backbone of so many communities. The teachers in my kids school are so much more than educators- they’re surrogate families and providers of food, nutrition, comfort and emotional support.
