Yeah, people are buying your property to move into it- and in many cases TONS of arrangements have been made to move in by a certain amount of time. You can’t just say “oh can I have a little more time??” Because no, I have paid money for this property, arranged to be packed and have moving help, etc etc.

Yes, a majority of my patterns are simplicity as well! The only main exception being my vintage patterns.
