Also, why isn’t Sean Penn suing the police officer who has gone on record saying he took her statement and she was beaten and bruised so badly he didn’t even recognize her at first? He’ just suing someone for rehashing an old rumor when he could instead go after someone claiming to have been there.

UGH. Like I said upstream- if Sean Penn is suing people who talk about these allegations, why isn’t he suing the police officer who claims to have taken Madonna’s report? The same police officer who said she claimed she didn’t want to file charges because he was already in trouble for physically attacking someone…

And one of the police officers has spoken out about this- is quoted in unauthorized autobiographies- why wouldn’t Sean Penn sue him as well? Why is he suing some other famous dude but not like the actual police officer who claims to have taken Madonna’s statement?

Well nobody knows for sure but according to public record he has been arrested multiple times for assault and even once for attempted murder. UMMMMM that doesn’t sound like a very convincing history of someone who claims he doesn’t assault people.

Yeah it looks like he was facing felony charges because of abusing her and she got them dropped. Unfortunately the police officers that were on-scene can’t be respectful enough to her wishes and have given quotes and stories about the incident.

I just googled to ensure I was thinking of the correct person- and yes, he has a very checkered history of abuse. It looks like Madonna herself initially filed a police report, and he was initially charged with felony domestic assault. He has also been arrested SEVERAL times for assault.
