Down with fondant.
Now this is a fucking cake. I prefer not to have fruits involved in my cake unless it's raspberry buttercream, but this right here is a cake to be proud of. It looks like he didn't skimp on frosting, and that's important.
God, cakes like this always taste gross. I'm always so disappointed at weddings when the cake is a fondant-encrusted monstrosity. Simply decorated buttercream layers are sooooo under-rated. Cakes aren't the time and place for sculpting. Cakes are for eating.
Oh man. I have a few friends that are Thrive zombies. One of the ladies got to the evel where you sell so much they actually give you $800/month to buy a cadillac or BMW with. (Essentially so they rope you in ht lifetime of your care note!). She is looking to quite her job to sell it full-time any day now.
Hahaha- I know, right? The thought of my crippled ass acting like I think I’m better than someone :-P
But you know what? She MIGHT prefer to be a cleaning lady rather than run a fortune 500 company! I quite the corporate life to do what makes me happy (customer service related) and sometimes people think I’m crazy for it but I don’t give a flying fuck.
Very obviously demeaning and classist? Their are people that take a lot of fucking pride in their job as nail techs (or hair stylists etc.) and for you to talk down about their profession is pretty gross. The conditions in the article are deplorable but it’s not like that in many areas and salons. This article is…
THANK YOU. It’s pretty disgusting how some people are acting like being a nail tech is a demeaning job. Outside of NYC it is a job that requires training and a state cosmetology license and people LOVE to do it and take pride in it. The conditions in this article are fucking deplorable but it is NOT like that in a…
Maybe that’s the case in NYC, but in my area a great nail tech can make some serious bank. It is honestly a CHOICE for a lot of women outside of NYC and they love and take pride in their work. It bothers me that people act like being a nail tech is low-class.
Yeah it comes as no surprise to me that this is a problem in NYC. Not to say it couldn't or isn't happening elsewhere, but in the Midwest we can see their state licenses on the wall and most of the salons in my town are family owned and operated. It's like night and day.
I have severe scoliosis and painting my own toes is extremely uncomfortable and at times very painful. I have never once felt like I was on a pedestal while people scrubbed my feet.
To insinuate that somebody doesn’t care about basic human treatment because they get an occasional manicure is comical and a bizarre suspension of disbelief.
He just lived the customer service dream! We salute you McDonalds Employee.
So this poor baby went hungry because they confiscated her lunch?
Sadly, I think you're right. Drag race has probably seen it's glory days. I still cannot fucking believe Max came out using crutches as a fucking prop when this show has always focused on inclusion. Ru should have read her the fucking riot act on that one.
I'm pretty disgusted by this. Glad to see others sharing my outrage.
Many kids with dd start using iPads and tablets by 2 or 3. So many developmental milestones can be reached through them. It’s ok for kiddos to embrace technology!
Sorry, not even John Waters can save this season.
These queens are awful and I can’t imagine Ru doesn’t know it. I don’t know what the ratings are this year, but I check out a few episodes ago. I’l catch it if it’s on, but every other season has been CAN’T MISS tv for me :-(
