I don't think it's that bad but I suppose it's 'illegal' in America. When I was 19 I was involved with a 29 year old and though it didn't work out we're still good friends. I suppose its a gray area where you wouldn't want it to happen to your kid but if it was a friend I'd probably just turn a blind eye.
