CGI seems like the wrong medium to use for Berserk. It’s too clean. The world of Berserk was well-defined but had a more rough-hewn quality to it. Animation in the style of Attack on Titan or One-Punch Man would suit this much better.

Crafting is the bane of RPGs.

I would argue that consoles are a bigger waste, as they are only for entertainment purposes.

Except for the parts where the ps4 and x1 versions fall into the sub 20 FPS range and in some cases, 0. ggnore

Not even close to Dark Souls combat. DS is slow and you have to think about every move this is kind of just jump in and start fighting and their is strategy but much more forgiving, did you play the demo? Very different takes on the Action RPG.

Oh yeah I have been in these threads all night. So many whiners. The game doesnt release for another several hours, the steam page messed up the clock. It is sad how many people are whining and giving it bad reviews all because of a little mishap. I weep for humanity.
