Ah how about calling it “Dothraki Vice”
Ah how about calling it “Dothraki Vice”
Due Naath. Grey Worm is a polite, straitlaced, fish-out-of-water cop in the crime-ridden island city.
I would watch the shit out of Daario Naharis, P.I.
A SILENT, omniscient cripple godly ruler.
It deserved two or three longer seasons. I liked the ending, it just felt like we had the cliffs notes to get us there. Maybe GRRM will finish the books, but I won’t hold my breath.
Kneel before Naga!
This news pleases me.
“The Batman”? But I wanted to do High Life!”
Agreed, but the show was way too slow in the beginning then they had to wrap it up way to quick in the end.
And those are low-cost episodes, too. You don’t need any CGI dragons or armies or un-petted direwolves to do that story.
This seems rushed for some reason...just like season 2 of Rome.
i totally agree with this, this or last season needed like 3 episodes of just context and nuance building. no explosions, dragons or pyrotechnics (maybe a bit more Ghost) even a scene of her alone in her room after Missendei bit it. would have helped. it is still good, i am still enjoying the watch. people…
Seems like it's HBO's fault then for not giving them more of a budget to work with for more episodes. The writing may be lacking, but the direction has been amazing
Jaime was never going to kill the one person he loved his entire life and that’s been obvious and an integral part of the show and his character since the very first fucking episode when he threw a child from a tower to protect their secret. I don’t believe anyone that hates Jaime and Dany’s character arcs actually…
What are you even talking about. She’s already had to be talked out of burning multiple cities, including King’s Landing. Torching the city was her original plan years ago. What fucking show have you people been watching? Are you really saying we need more filler episodes with everyone boring us to tears just to ease…
They really should have made seasons 7-8 into full seasons.
Book readers don’t deserve anything, ya’ll been spoilin’ up the show this whole time with yer fancy book readin’ and stuff!
You pretty much nailed it. It would have also helped if this hypothetical episode reminded us that Dany had punished/massacred civilians before (see Astapor, Meereen). Sure, some people will still think it’s a leap for Dany to turn heel despite these reminders, but at least it’s a hell of a lot more build up than what…
Yep. Saw this and had to laugh, it perfectly captures most viewers’ actual complaint:
Daenerys going Mad Queen was going to happen, it just happened too quickly and without the amount of development her turn would had received if this was a normal lenght season.
