What exactly made them “horrible, horrible?” I’ve only seen the movie where Scott was a bit of an underdeveloped bum who cheated on his girlfriend, and Ramona is the stereotypical “I’ve been hurt too many times so I can’t care too much about anyone” character. But I’ve met much worse people.

To me, the sole lesson of Scott Pilgrim was “Everyone thinks their the hero of their own story, every story has two or more sides, and everyone has been, at one or many points in their life, a complete a-hole”
