A console war hardly exists today. Ps4 and Xbox one, all pretty much have the same games, they have similar specs, similar online services and apps, and similar aesthetics. Sega and Nintendo had the true war in the 90s.

I think I have a good plan for Nintendo. Keep their portable and cell phone games in tact, while releasing big budget 1st party titles to the other more powerful consoles and PC. They’ll make more money this way. They’ve always been successful in the mobile market and this way they don’t need to abandon their consoles…
