It seems as though all the people I know that do yoga are middle aged women (I’m a 46 year old guy) and I honestly feel pretty stupid considering the idea of doing yoga, but could really use some stretching. Is there yoga that’s more focused on men vs. women?

I guess you’ve never seen the results of an exploded can of soda in a car when it gets to 110*. It’s not pretty. On the reverse, a hot dash in that same temperature make awesome dashboard cookies.

I could really use a new soundbar but I gotta make sure I understand the setup. The soundbar requires wiring to plug into your TV/cablebox, etc. The subwoofer connects via bluetooth and the satellite speakers plug into the sub via cables? Is this correct? Or are the satellites also BT?

What is the big white backboard that the plugs are sitting on? Did you cut a massive hole in the wall and cover it with a gigantor wall plate?
