I'm with you. I played with the beta, or whatever it was called a few months ago. I just don't like the direction that Windows is going. I understand what they're doing, but I'm not a tablet guy and that really seems to be what 8 is doing. Not friendly for a PC gamer either. I'm holding out for a MBP myself. But…

Ok, so all valid uses, but where can I find inexpensive monitors?

I've always loved the idea of multiple monitors, but why would i need 3? Or even two for that matter. Quick! Someone give me a reason to go buy two more monitors and build a stand!!!
