You can spend a hell of a lot less by installing speed bumps. One run over a speed bump over 20 mph and the bottoming out of the car will make that driver remember to slow down.

@Bizdady: I managed to root it this morning. It took a few tries, but i got that done. But there's an issue with Cyanogen that looks to be raising issues with a number of users and it wont install either downloaded via ROM Manager or run from it through the SD card.

I still haven't been able to root my EVO. frustrating as hell.
