I lived in Rapid City for 5 years, there is a lot of tension between White people and American Indians in that town.

That's what really burns me up about this - it's bad enough that these kids grow up in awful conditions. Then they get to have a nice day out and this happens. I can't even articulate how angry I get trying to picture this incident.
