I think that generally speaking, multiple airlines offer multiple flights from multiple cities to other multiple cities at various times of day and days of week, offering the consumer some degree of choice as to where and when they fly into and out of a given city. Put all that under the sole purview of the government

For me, people complaining about how much stuff costs at airports should just consider it an idiot tax. Too rushed or dumb to pick up and scarf a McMuffin™ on the way to the airport? Too fucking bad, that’s on you for not allowing an extra 5 minutes. Just so enamoured of that candy-shelled lobster made of marzipan

The irony of course is how much less convenient flying would be if it was nationalized/socialized. Flights would only be from one major city to another, during certain times, leaving and returning on certain days. “Oh, you want to take a long weekend and fly from Ft Wayne to Austin? Yeah you’ll actually have to fly

The face of the club is pointing directly to the left of the target line, in a perfect closed position for that point in the swing. His arms are fully extended, and his weight has shifted onto his left side. His head remains down and in proper position behind the impact area. In short, a very good-looking swing.

Are you all retarded? Hes just following through on a practice swing. The club face is completely normal for a right handed swing, as is his grip. How could you think that grip is backwards?

The club is not backwards. The toe is pointed up, and he has simply rolled his hands over to close the face.

That’s just the follow through on the practice swing.

Serious question, why are you more worried about 15k nukes than 3k nukes? Anything over 10-12 going off at the same time has the same net result, the more you add to the number the less we all suffer. Dead is dead, but I prefer death by vaporization that radiation poisoning.

Yeah, fun little quirks that span generations of fans sure are lame. What a dumb sports thug you have pointed out.

I can guarantee you that 30 years from now there will still be “Potvin sucks” chants, even though no one will have any idea who Potvin is or why he sucks.

It’s weird they did this interview in the back room casting couch office.

Seeing as how they bought this car with the obvious intention of financing it with the income they generated through Toro rentals, they should have had replacement (i.e. better) coverage for it.

WOW, I’m not sure if you guys noticed but this Audi R8 has >55k miles. I believe 62.9k is more than fair. These 2 guys are just trying to milk the system here. If they were to have that car and sell it right now, no way in hell they will get back 62.9k cash. NO WAY!

Another insurance guy here. Just think about this: the guy’s argument is that his supercar, that he rents out to the general public on weekends, is as clean as the one at the local Audi dealer. Um, no it isn’t. It’s a RENTAL CAR. If that ever hit the Carfax the value would plummet. He needs to take what they are

I used to work as an attorney for a firm that represented an insurance company. All the issues you laid out are pretty much exactly correct.

Barry Petchesky wonders how they shrink people so they fit in his TV.

The title should be clearer - this is all about babies not kids. How do I save $ for my kids? For instance SHOES. My 12 yo son wears a size 10 shoe today. In six weeks, it will be an 11. Those shoes and boots aren’t cheap. My 8 yo daughter wears a size 7 shoe and has grown five inches in the last 12 months.

Americans are so precious, and this Drew rant to open the Jambaroo is emblematic of it. Oh my God the sky is falling, life has never ever been this miserable for people anywhere ever!!!!!! Ask some Native Americans how the arc of history has been working out for them under “sane” Presidents of the United States. Or

Yeah, everybody having electricity is a horrible, horrible thing. Let's go back to candles and kerosene.
