Just replayed everything and while Makoto is wonderful, Haru’s problems, passions and personality just conquered my annoyance for her peepsqueaky voice.

I incidentally played Eichenwalde yesterday as attacker (Mystery 6V6) as a Hanzo (Bad luck for me), but overall we owned the defenders.

Oda did comment once in his SBS (commentary) section that IF One Piece was set in the real world, Luffy would be from Brazil. Zoro from Japan. Nami from Sweden. Usopp from Africa. Sanji from France. Chopper from Canada. Robin from Russia. Franky would be American and Brook from Austria.

Good to see that FXII finally has gotten justice for the YEARS of wrongfully hating. We all hate Vaan, but the rest was epic. To me it was my first introduction to Final Fantasy IN GENERAL and the game that made me a full-fledged gamer, so even though I never finished it, I will now.

The monsters also look somewhat.... more realistic? If I didn’t see the player, I’d think this was a new game. Except for the dragon at the end, the monsters look way more realistic and less of the super vibrant, almost anime-like designs from earlier games.

So Jormungandr (and possibly Fenrisulfr?) show up and want help Kratos? Okay, put on your white powder and red markings, because it’s time for Ragnarok, baby!
