No, actually it is nothing at all like that. If Toyota settled for $100,000 I might agree with you but when they settle for 1.3 BILLION their lawyers and anyone with a brain knows how it would have went if it went to trial.

Normal depreciation is expected, but when the illegal actions of company directly effect the value of your vehicle they most certainly should be slammed with a lawsuit. As we can see from the Toyota settlement we can clearly see there is a legal responsibility for companies to not damage resale value.

Working with my uncle, he said go move the truck. I said I can't drive stick...........he said well learn. Obviously being around my uncles shop alot I had seen him and others driving stick to I knew the basics of it and stalled the truck a couple times, revved it higher than needed, ect.... but I learned.
