Has anyone thought to investigate the size of this woman’s feet?

I would’ve never have guessed Tarantino had mommy issues...said no one, ever.

Hey, maybe he could have been looking for something Jedi-related...

The lightsaber toss is not only a great joke, but it’s a brilliant bit of economical character development. It’s absolutely genius.

It’s wild that people are happy to see their surviving friends. No human being in history has ever expressed that kind of emotion and it absolutely sickens me that this so-called “director” was allowed to commit it to celluloid. Luke’s decisions to deactivate his targeting computer in the trench run, to leap into a

yeah, it’s so funny that people act like tlj exists in some vacuum when it is a direct sequel to a movie with a shitty cliffhanger to work with.

This is easily one of the most pathetically-mounted arguments I’ve ever seen. Well done.

You’re, uh, not doing much to dispel that “TLJ haters are all unhinged and unhealthily obsessed with Rian Johnson” stereotype.

TLJ on the other hand dropped its global box office versus TFA by 65%”

I may be in the minority, but I love Poe pranking Hux, because the idea that Hux is incapable of thinking someone is making fun of him until an underling points it out is great characterisation. As we’ve learned in the real world, fascists have terrible senses of humour and virtually no self-awareness.

The disgruntled fans’ big issue, at least as far as I could tell, was that Rian Johnson’s version of Star Wars worked against the ones that they had in their heads.”

The Force Awakens was responsible for Luke’s cynicism. It gave us a Luke that would abandon his friends and loved ones to die. Rian Johnson was left to explain what version of Luke could possibly do that.  He succeeded.

As stated, I liked what he did but of course that’s subjective but I’ve never heard/read a reasonable explanation as to what exactly happened in relation to TLJ and Abrams’ TROS. And I’m guessing we never will truly know, but Johnson couldn’t possibly have been working in a vacuum and then turned in his final cut and

A COMPLETE CINEMATIC FAILURE

Rian Johnson should be given the keys to the next galaxy. The Last Jedi was great and RJ should’ve been in charge of 7, 8 and 9. You cannot change my mind on this.
