It is just a Beta.

True, but the examples of the opposite are more plentiful. And Guardians didn't open against such stiff competition.
I still lament the Jump Street/MiB crossover falling apart. After lampooning remakes, then sequels, so effectively, I wanted to see what they’d do with the shared universe fad.
While cool in concept - the timing of this is discouraging as hell, regarding Spider-Verse. It seems like announcing a sequel a week or two before a movie comes along is almost always a sign that the studio is worried and trying REAL HARD to project confidence.
Do you fuckwads even read, or just make the easiest dumb comment that comes to mind?
Make the ultimate Hellboy... by making it less like the comics, and chase that grim-dark edgelord crowd..
Alas, I already own the one movie worth having out of that set.

Those who played launch day get to join Wednesday. Those who waited a day or two, on Thursday.
So, they would have had the team make even less sense (waif with a bat vs. Steppenwolf)? Okay.
Ironic.
Poor reading skills, and a lack of originality. Quite the picture you paint.
Im beginning to think the 12 in your handle is your IQ.
I think the main issue is that the film didn’t really have time to set it up, so it would have come out of far left field for the vast majority of the filmgoing audience. Manhattan was a solution those not familiar with the book could track more easily.
I really wish Paul Greengrass’ version had come together. It had a great cast (either cast or in talks before it fell apart), and while it wouldn’t have been as faithful to the details of the comic, I think it, by updating the story to reflect modern times, had a far better chance at capturing the spirit and themes.
Sorry, that lame bait doesn’t warrant further response.
I preemptively insulted those who do not posses the maturity to accept that different people like different things, and feel the need to attack those who enjoy it (a group that shows up anytime Star Wars is even mentioned) - not just anyone who dislikes it.
Wow. There’s missing the point, and there’s this.
And stop being the very douchebag manbaby I describe, by being butthurt that people DO like it. Grow the fuck up, in short.
Just that its childish to see people enjoying something you don’t, and rushing in to shout “NO! Stop enjoying something I don’t!”
Must be a slow news day. Because yeah - way old news.
