The GTA V gameplay trailer debuted Aug 29, with the game coming out in mid September. TV spots started heavy rotation in early Sep. So, for a game coming in late October, they’re pretty much following the EXACT same promotional roll-out.

It is worth nothing to me. Hell, I find when I buy games, I often wait weeks, if not longer, before I really dig in, so waiting is not an issue for me. Especially since, with all the various sales out there, you can usually get most anything for half price if you wait all of maybe 3 months.
