That’s fair - Im not sure how one does it, either- but I have seen it done.

Their code of conduct (ie RULES) are posted on their site. The link is on the pause screen, and redirects on PC or console. Solo players working together is against said rules. And yes, people can report you for breaking them (spectating after you die makes it pretty obvious when someone does this).
