Your situation is the same as mine. The last fighting game I tried to get into was MVC3, and it was extremely disappointing. I also really didn’t like playing online with other people (mostly because I was awful, and I don’t want to pay for PSPlus), and I feel like that’s a very big part of this game.

This is really very cool. I wish they would remaster the game. They wouldn’t need to do an all out remake like FF7, just a decent remaster, and then change up the second disk to be like the first, although I know that would take a lot of work. It was such a great game. Probably my 3rd favorite behind FF7 and OoT.

I want this game to be great, but I’m worried it’s going to suffer from the same day-1 weakness as SFV. Developers aren’t really motivating us to buy games on release day. I’d much rather wait 6 months and get the full game.
