I worked for awhile at a church in Japan called South Osaka Bible Church in Izumiotsu, Osaka (it’s a completely Japanese-run church). On the first floor they have a small restaurant called J-Diner, run by a local chef. They serve curry there. It’s probably the best curry I’ve ever had in Japan or the U.S. I miss it…
