Roll20 with even a basic handle on the setup will add your totals together for you /roll 1d20+3 will be 4-23 for example. Unless I’m misunderstanding you, sounds like you just didn’t get very far into the program. The 3 character sheets all automate nearly everything besides subtracting hp totals.
