Definitely the air fryer. My IP is verstaile enough to warranty permanent counter space. Plus, my immersion circulator is made by Instant Pot and clips nicely onto my IP, so it’s basically got even more functionality. Luckily for me, my local Wegmans sells a decent aji amarillo paste that isn’t as good as the real thing, but does the job for a quick lomo saltado or similar. I will have to try this green sauce recipe sometime.

I liked the 2011 Muppet Movie with Jason Segel and Amy Adams. Maybe not as great as some of the classic movies, but it was very entertaining nonetheless.
