I think he's a Master Builder from the Lego movies

>"What do (500) Days of Summer, The Men Who Stare at Goats, In Bruges, Safe House, Snow White and the Huntsman, Draft Day, The Judge, Bad Teacher, and 47 Ronin all have in common? If you answered, “They are all poor-to-awful movies,” you would be correct."

If you say so

That would imply that someone is better at something than you are, which is unthinkable.

He does have some magic of his own in the books, like how Roland's guns always misfire against him. I liked that better than matrix bullet catching in the movie.

I thought it was that they were trying to share it so they could die together. But it looked like they couldn't reach, so I assume Ellaria is alive still.

It's the house he uses to get back the second time in book 3. I guess they didn't want to show a kid getting murdered. I was hoping for a cool scary scene with the guardian demon but instead it lasts 5 seconds.<\spoiler>

Replace Elba with Denzel Washington, and that's practically Book of Eli

And a Nozz-A-La to wash it down

Well the cut the house demon scene down to 10 seconds or so. I was really looking forward to that, but I guess it would have been to expensive. Everything felt a bit rushed, but at least it didn't drag.

Lots of Northeastern states, also CA (which didn't even have numbered exits on its freeways until relatively recently). Though it looks like they are all planning to gradually change over.

NY, CT, CA, MA. They're numbered sequentially (1, 2, 3) regardless of mileage between exits.

There's plenty of states where the numbering is still sequential. And a couple interstates where they are numbered in km. Two more strikes and we're revoking your nerd card.

It was news to me, since all the states I've lived in don't do this.
