Someone beat you to this one:

You and your wife should probably just cut out the caffeine entirely. I mean, with your high-falutin' jobs demanding 55-80 hours per week, that first heart attack can't be far off.
For a so-called adult with time issues, you certainly don't seem to have any problem writing out lengthy replies to commenters on an article for a game you don't even like. So, while your idiot's word problem may "prove your point" with "math," you forgot to subtract the time it takes to type all this shit out. Also,…
Fair enough. I just meant that I was initially a story person, but found myself enjoying the other aspects of the game I wouldn't have tried if it wasn't required to level. If they made 12xp permanent, but optional, I would be totally down with that.
Uh, maybe try an RP server?
LOL, you are the boy who didn't get what he wanted for Christmas, aren't you? The missions in this game vary as much as any video game I have played. Also, because of the open-world nature of the game, you can just go around and kill things if that's what you want to do.
+1 for Guybrush Threepwood
I don't understand why people want to rush through stuff they enjoy. I hated 12xp for that reason. Well, hate is a strong word, but it eventually annoyed me. You have to rush through the game and never get a sense of the giant world that BW created to surround this game.
It's like you're whining and being condescending at the same time, so bravo. You don't have to do PvP or spend a long time playing the game (although I'd bet you would, because of the stories). I am a professionally employed adult and parent and not only do I still play the game, I SUCK at PvP and raiding. I happen to…
I signed up because of KOTOR. I am not a fan of MMOs and some of "the grind" was annoying at first. However with a little imagination, you can get past all that. Frankly, I think if you like KOTOR and don't want to like finish the game in a month, you'll enjoy it.
This review is the equivalent of the classic George Lucas direction: Faster and more intense.
What? 1. The good thing about Constitutional rights is that they apply everywhere. 2. The standard in journalism should be fact, not speculation.
Boy do I love articles that just make a subjective opinion and then support said opinion with long rambling chats between Gawker writers. Also, if you all aren't using "hot take" ironically, then you should GTFO of the internet.
I normally only comment on your work to criticize what I believe to be a particularly horrible take on your subject. This piece was very informative and, I think, pretty good. So there's that.
So is the alarming rate of increase of obesity and diseases related to it like diabetes in America.
Perhaps you should check the definition of irony? Firstly, I complained not about Ms. West's opinion that apparently all fiction or art has to meet her standards of representation, but her jump to the conclusion that what she does and what GRRM does are in any way similar. She obviously has little-to-no understanding…
My favorite is when you get all indignant about someone responding to you with the snarky, condescending style that is the hallmark of your authorial voice. But whatevs, you've been on TV.
Good god Ms. West, you consistently just have the worst takes on things. To suggest that fiction written with the kind of writing process GRRM uses is just a writer making shit up on a whim, shows a deep lack of understanding for the craft. To say he's chosen "to exclude gay people" shows your ignorance rather than…
I think this is a pretty powerful piece. I was born in 1980 and I have never been sure to which generation I belonged. Am I the one of the very last Gen-X'ers or am I one of the very first millennials? Still, while I understand the point, I'd suggest that Gen X do one last great thing: Be the first generation to not…
