This. If we truly believe that being gay is just as valid and acceptable as being straight, then we need to stop defending gayness as something that can’t be helped.

No one would choose to be gay.
In the series, an expert testifies that there are very few PROFESSIONALS, even, who would be able to get the scene that spotless after the kind of murder they say took place. Steven and Brendan, especially, wouldn’t be capable of it.
There was PORN in the house? Put them away! /s
Their sister is an actress, and looks so much like them... wonder if anyone considered letting a third Olsen sister carry the torch and play Michelle? I would have been alright with it, nostalgia be damned.
Have any of us considered that it might just be porn?
What confuses me the most about it is the format. I only realized how truly weird it will be once I saw the teaser, with the old set. What would be weirder: Having the original format, with the laugh tracks and the joke setup, in 2015? Or seeing the original cast, on the original set, with a modern format, like Modern…
I honestly don’t care if the actress looks THAT much like the person they’re portraying. If I wanted photographic accuracy, I’d just look at a goddamn photo of Jackie and call it a day. It’s what she does with the role that I want to see.
I don’t give two shits about having shaved legs, and wear whatever I want.
But you still needed him to get you pregnant.
I’ve always thought this way! If I go through pregnancy and labor, naming rights are the very least I could ask in return, haha.
Whatever about taking your husbands name but wearing an engagement ring is absolutley about telling the world that you got a man and he wants to marry you.
My girlfriend shaves pretty much all her hair (minus her head) because she hates how it feels and looks. how is that anti-feminsit
Ever since I was 7, I’ve had a different last name than my mom (who had sole custody), and it’s never once been a problem. Common last names may be something that a family wants, and that’s fine, but I don’t think there’s any reason to push that decision onto others because of “confusion”.
Re: the common name thing — it’s funny. My husband and I were both given completely original names when we were born; nobody else in the country with either of our first-name, last-name combos. We both really like how easy it is to track us down online. It helps as artists and as professionals to be easily findable.
Why am I a biggot?
The “it’s my dad’s last name” argument drives me nuts. I got my last name in the same way he did — it’s no more his name than it is my name. Because HE “just got it from his dad”, and so did his dad before then.
“Sorry about all this, it’s just a formality...”
She lives close to a facility that could have safely done this for her, yet here we are.
Nobody here said “fuck responsibility, lol”, so get off your high horse about this abstract concept.
