I didn’t assume she was an idiot or a liar, so maybe you should direct your comments at the people who DO make such assumptions.

If lady wants to scoop out her own nuts, fine, whatever - but she implied that the server should have done it for her. Which is an extremely ill-advised way to handle anyone’s stated allergy. ESPECIALLY when the customer previously stated that nuts should not touch her food.
