Shit. I watched it several times yesterday, and just watched it again. It is fucking hilarious, and yet the story is very serious. Again, well done to both!

Both were excellent. I think every town has its own local anchor icon. When I was growing up, LA had Jerry Dunphy, Tom Snyder, maybe Tom Brokaw, and the excellent Hal Fishman. The networks had Cronkite, Dan Rather, John Chancellor, David Brinkley, and Peter Jennings. Scott Pelly and Brian Williams are both very good.
No sweat Sean. People are human and make mistakes, which again makes you question what Jim Bowden is thinking. Keep up the good work.
I agree with the 3rd one. I think Ewan McGregor gave an excellent performance.
UPDATE! Jim Bowden claims that the guy claiming he is Jim Bowden and his account was hacked, is ACTUALLY a Cyborg from the Future sent to discredit Future Host of PTI Jim Bowden.
As a kid who grew up loving Star Wars and saw the original about 10 times at the Avco theatres in Westwood, CA.. I really could don't care much anymore, as those 3 pictures with the WORST acting EVER in a series, ruined it for me as well as my older, more mature outlook. That being said, 15 minutes of the worst Star…
I don't care about my stupid boner, who else will care about my stupid boner?
Will someone PLEASE oil up these beefcakes! Mac, Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia
I don't think most anchors could do as good a job. It seems to me, the larger the city, (LA, NY) the more they act like celebrities and the quality goes down.
Wow! Someone should post the name of this very professional, smart attractive anchor, and her equally professional partner. Well done! Domestic violence is a serious problem and nothing to laugh at, but I would've failed because that video is so silly and inappropriate for the story! I would've had a stupid grin on my…
Great "lunchtime" example. And there goes his chance to win a title..for now at least.
I know they get paid very good salaries, but this isn't easy knowing your whole life has just changed, and you have to sell your house and take your kids out of school(Sometimes). I REALLY respect our service people who have to move from one duty station to another thousands of miles away with their families. Jackson…
Wow! Does it take that much effort to attribute a story to someone then apologize when it is determined to be a hoax? The only thing with less journalistic credibility(If you can call having a ESPN column journalism) is having to report hard core news stories in the morning after having been "featured" in Sharknado 2.
Peavy was great in the day, but watching (And losing money on him this year) he is a middle of the road starter, at best. Not worth $16,000,000.
I don't like this trade, even if they would've lost Cespedes. Lester is very good, but Fuld is no Cespedes. At least Oakland didn't get suckered into trading for a guy that has been washed up for 4 years, like across the bay.
Two additional observations. The "Cool Bro," would have been much cooler if in the photo on the left, he had two babes taking a shower together. I thought the request that if the two girls have the "incentive" to go topless, having then wear masks of Matthew Berry should get them extra compensation. Nothing helps you…
"Push the Envelope," is right up there with this!
Good post. Reminds me what happened to me yesterday. I was at the supermarket, and the 15 items or less line had 5 people, so I got behind a woman who was the only person in line with about 20 items. She clearly saw I had just 1 items, but didn't offer to let me go ahead of her, which was fine. What annoyed me, and…
Le Batard is the one of the few ESPN personalities who I enjoy and respect. The only thing that could have improved this ad is if it included this photo with Papi's head photo shopped in.
I would try it.. BUT.. there are a lot of people that are extremely savvy, and use Analysis which they use on Wall Street. You could easily spend more then 2 hours, especially if you are rich, ballsy enough to play in one day leagues where the entry fee is $1060 dollars! It is too bad that their main competitor, Draft…
