@Burguois:
He's making a contrast between a drop in price for the soon-to-be-discontinued 20Gb Pro, and a drop in price for the 360 across the board. there's no drop for the Arcade or Elite: it's not a system price reduction, just a bundle reduction.
@AZRoboto: Isn't that the first paragraph of the post?
@MOP88: Isn't there some problems with a Homeworld 3? I thought there were IP ownership issues.
@odyeiop:
@ahmeng: Why would they do that? It's the PS3 they need to sell, and it came with a motion controller on release.
Isn't the PS3 supposed to be a niche gaming device too? He seems to think of it as a Blu Ray player first and foremost - in that case, no it's not a competitor, but then neither is the 360.
@zaky: Plenty EA games look great - skate, Crysis, the C&C games...

@kickassy:
Considering the game's fairly distinctive "clinical" cityscapes, why have they gone for an animated trailer? The in-engine stuff looks fantastic, and then they go and make a rubbish cartoon to advertise it. Odd.
I'm very excited about this. Looks fantastic, apart from the flamethrower (I don't like the flame graphics), and some added variety to environment and animation is about all I would ask for to improve on the original. Still my favourite 360 game by far.
@stoneagedan: Yeah, I'm contradicting david78 by saying PEGI are more lenient, but I was being hypothetical. I don't care what PEGI say, and never look at their ratings, as ultimately they don't have the final say over UK releases. Plus, I'm 26, and my mother doesn't check my games anymore.
@Anaralia:
The irony of EA complaining about delays to the customer. How long did the UK wait for Rock Band?
Well, this pretty much guarantees I won't be buying RB1. It's only been out about a month in the UK, and all this talk of RB2 makes it look, well, obsolete. Especially if the first game becomes available as free DLC. Not exactly an enticement to purchase RB1 is it?
