She even got cheers and whoops from a nonexistent studio audience when she walked into frame!

“Find that xenomorph. For all we know he’s a Trojan horse.”

That animation was indeed gorgeous. It’s amazing seeing the progression of it season after season.

He was mine, too. One of the most heartbreaking character fates I’ve ever seen in a TV series. It was obvious he was going to die, but it still just devastated me.

Everyone is describing the big fight after Jean Grey dies and rises again as Phoenix, but that’s not how Dark Phoenix ends. Honestly, Dark Phoenix needs to have a lot more build up to be effective. This movie is gonna be a bummer.

Same... sucks that David Milch is ill. I would guess that is the reason Deadwood is ending with a movie, as opposed to a season (or, maybe, the only reason the fil happened at all). If anything im just glad, as a fan, i am getting closure. Sucks that Deadwood got ran over by the Sopranos train, but im glad it existed.

I spent 30 minutes in line at a street festival in 70 degree weather to pay $8 for an award winning tamale yesterday and got a little sunburned, so I know how they feel.

Damn straight.  I was originally like “cool, police skin, whatever” but then I unlocked it and found out the sirens wail every time you use the boost and it’s never coming off.

And this has been your rushed final season for a show that was slow and methodical for every season before it. For something that couldn’t truly be great because of that, it wasn’t really the trainwreck it sometimes felt like while watching it. Episode: B- Season: C+. More interesting women/80 percent less fuckbois, and I might actually watch OWL.

Two, Drogon removes his face and it turns out he’s actually been Arya all season.

What about Speak? He identifies as dog, what right do you have to call him anything else?

No Wondermutt? (As a young lad nothing was more heartbreaking to me than when Shoop throws Bob into the ocean and it gets swept away in the tide while Wondermutt looks for it, whimpering)

Sephiroth was a sled!

Brewster’s agent reportedly broke the good news by asking the star “Ya get that thing I sent ya?”

For a sociological/political interpretation, let’s remember it’s easy for us to ignore that our beloved leaders are sociopaths when we hang all our hopes on them, when what they say resonates with us (how ever insincere it may actually be), and invest so much of our own personal identities in them. See Hannah Arendt’s

Yeah, Sansa was referring to everything that happened to her (which was a lot), so for so many to focus on that one aspect of it is weird. She was talking about everything from Joffrey to watching her father beheaded to Ramsey to now.

Yeah, that Sansa scene was unfortunate. As was Missandei’s death. Brienne’s sobbing was also not great, but she’s been obviously in love with Jaime for a while now, and I think her scene would have been easier to stomach if it didn’t appear in an episode with so many regressive tropes.
