It has nothing to do with revenue. It costs WAY more to prosecute and jail speeders than it does to levy fines or just let them walk. It sounds like it's about saving lives and it sounds like its working if people know not to speed in Virginia.

People die from cars - a lot. Speeders should go to jail well before we send weed users/dealers. Of course, our legal system isn't based on science or even logic.

I think there needs to be more open and honest communication about puberty and exactly what it does to our bodies. Hitting puberty is way more than getting boobs or pubes or your period, and hormones have an huge effect on women.
