No fault only applies to medical bill claims from accidents with bodily injury. Property/vehicle damage does not fall under "no fault." If you get rear ended and there are no injuries the other guy's insurance is paying for it in full.

Also Michigan has No Fault insurance, TOTAL BS. If I get rear ended at a traffic light, my rates sky rocket because some asshat was paying attention to the flow of traffic
