He’s lying... The system they are arguing for, “The right to know”, shouldn’t have cutouts or exclusions based on geographic location. To my understanding, they are using a system very much in line with gerrymandering by saying only “these” people need to be outed by creating “accountability zones”.

Whether making juvenile records available is right or wrong, productive or not, if they’re going to do it, it should be done statewide.
