“No one ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public.” — H. L. Mencken
Low miles, clean title...what’s wrong with it? (Disclaimer: my sister drove one of these in college and only gave it up because some joyriding asshole drove into it. Fortunately, her car was parked and unoccupied at the time. She’d probably still be driving it today if she could.)
Been married to the same woman since forever, keeps his family’s names out of the paper, takes care of his business. Oh, and also Academy Award-winning actor and handsome idol of millions. Sounds good to me.
Good condition, well maintained, reasonable price...what’s wrong with it?
No school like old school.
His name is synonymous with “self-hating fuckface”: “Boy, that guy’s a real Clarence Thomas.”
Ah, yes, the old GET OFF MY LAWN! trick...

Great call on the G8--I rented one on a business trip and it was a chore keeping it below Mach 1.

I know today’s market is ridiculous, but come on. $10k for a 20-year-old Ford vanillamobile? Seriously? Yeah, it’s in good shape, and super low mileage, but $10k? Seriously? For $6k or even $7500 I’d give it a look, but not at this price.

WAT
My previous car was a 2012 Ford Focus. Great little car, handled like a Go-Kart and accelerated like it had a rocket strapped to the roof. The one thing that killed it for me? The infotainment system, designed by (of course) Microsoft. Jesus God of America, was that thing rage-making. It would work great for a couple…
A very good friend of mine collects Art Deco clocks and toasters and they are AMAZING to look at. Friggin toasters, man, and they’re art.
There for the taking.
