I give it a (tepid) NP. I found one with the same mileage for $4k less, and one with 50k fewer miles for $1500 more. On the other hand, a new engine, clutch, suspension, etc. gives you a lot of peace of mind. So, yeah, buy it with the proviso that She Who Must Be Obeyed gets to play with it on Sundays.
