Honestly, I hate to be this person but it’s a compulsion. I love you and your comments, but “gets” doesn’t need an apostrophe. I’ve seen too much apostrophe abuse to let it slide.

This is a good rule of thumb no matter where you are. When my dad died, he didn’t leave a will so his assets were tied up in probate court for ages. My mom had to jump through all kinds of bureaucratic hoops before they finally released funds to her.
