I don’t disagree. For the longest time I tried to explain to my friends that bad controls and challenge aren’t things that should be conflated with one another. Then they set me up with a poise build and I forgot what I was I was talking about.

I had a similar love affair with the Hyperblade soundtrack. When I found out id’s Quake would accept and play any music CD in the tray it became my CTF backing music for the next three years. While the synthy notes didn’t quite fit Quake’s hell-pit environments, Hyperblade’s driving beat certainly did.
