I've been beating that drum for however long it's been since I saw that trash in the theater. This shouldn't be anything new to you. I honestly don't get how you can like that movie but dislike all the other shit you dislike. C'est la vie, I suppose.

I'm glad that Kong: Skull Island is tied into the Godzilla remake from a couple years back. If there's one "cinematic universe" we need, it's one where big monsters beat up either each other or outside forces. It's too bad Pacific Rim was awful or we would have been able to have monsters fighting plus an original IP!

Yep. I liked it way more than I thought I would.

I would only have gotten 'freaked if someone else had posted my own review, to be completely fuckin fair.

Review premiere: 5 stars

I'm one of the hobos.

Chicanery should be under "Miscellaneous", right? It's just a word like glazomaniac.

You linked to the wrong tier, but that led to this statement that I fully agree with: "Some Wilco fans might dispute the inclusion of Sky Blue Sky, but those people simply haven’t learned to appreciate Nels Cline," so I'm okay with it.

wtf is fusion lol

I give Spoon's new album 5 thumbs up out of 4. Whatever deal they made with the devil in order to stay so consistently great is working out well for them.

I had a good reply to this and then disqus fucked up and ate my response and now I'm just pissed so I'll get back to you on this because ugggghhhhhh

I'll tell you what your hyping of the Persona series has me jumpin out my seat for Persona 5

No need to be sorry. C'mon, our disagreements about shit should be second nature by now! I ain't gonna hold shit against you. I've gotta disagree with "missing just how humanistic and misanthropic they are underneath" in light of Lester sending Linda to her death at the end of the first season. That's as much a mark in

Hey have you played Horizon Zero Dawn? I think I'ma get that this weekend because it looks fucking baller

Everything? Cinematography, performances, writing. I liked the way it developed, even if slowly, the characters whether they were main or supporting. Even like the weaselly typewriter seller in the early episodes is a defined personality. Mike Milligan is a charismatic villain who gets the most ironic ending I've seen

How much of the show have you watched? Honest question, because I ditched it after the pilot for specifically that reason. But then I sat down, watched the first season, ended up liking it, and then went through the second season which is one of the best seasons of TV I've ever seen.

I… don't get it. You don't like Fargo either? Why? What about Hawley is so anathema to you?

I don't hear enough "Our Lord and Savior Noah Hawley," but it's a start

oooofffff coooouuurrrssseee you don't like it
