That is what I assumed, but I just wanted to put the question out there after looking at the headlights of both.

I wonder if the continental will be higher or lower than the MKZ. I’d assume higher, but the headlights on the MKZ look to be a bit more suited for a luxury car.

That is exactly what I thought. The only difference is the line on the side of the car and the head lights have a black outline.

The new mkz looks just like this and makes 400hp, so the Continental probably will.

Just because a person has giant ugly ass wheels on a 300 it doesn’t mean they want to be thugs.

I looks like a 2017 MKZ from the front.

The new Continental looks better than that in my opinion. That grill looks terrible.

Chevy’s corporate front end is nasty as sin, but it doesn’t look terrible in this application. +1 for Chevy I guess.

If it “never happened” it isn’t the first hybrid sports car. That title doesn’t even make sense.

All Mercedes coupes have S class characteristics.

Even the old A4 and current A6 look more different from the back than the current 3 and 5 series.

I can tell them apart, but I can EASILY see how a non car enthusiast would find it hard. Since most people on Jalopnik are car enthusiasts it is a lot easier for us to instantly tell what kind of car we are looking at. Just look at these two cars

Did you just call this thing sexy?

I really believe the next RS5 and RS4 (hope they bring a sedan to the US) will be seriously fast. They are going to probably lose a lot of weight and gain some hp. Both paired with AWD should make them quick.

Also the S8, RS7, and R8 do well in their respective classes in terms of performance.

SUV “coupes” aren’t real coupes.

I don’t mind brands having a bunch of cars looking similar, but in the case of MB one looks ugly so they all look ugly.

Yeah the flaw in the corporate fascia is that when one looks ugly it makes them all look ugly.

I wonder if they will bring back an E class coupe. If they do I’d bet it will have the S and C class coupe rear end.

I completely agree.
