If you want to gauge how she actually drives go watch any DTM she drove in. She barely ever got points and certainly never won.
Hell no. Why would Haas hire someone who has never won a competitive race? There are so many GP2 drivers or former F1 veterans who are better choices. JEV is a much better choice.
