Like I literally do not think my arms could be capable of being tired from doing that repetitive action.

I have read various permutations of this same perspective over the lasts couple of days and while I get it, and I get that goop-style ‘what about meeeee’ b.s. is so exhausting and people who have no idea what it’s like to suffer in this specific way - who somehow want to make it about them, I get all of that.

I agree that as a parent it’s terrifying, but I know of a few cases of it, where I know the parents well enough to know that they are not secretly doing awful things... but somehow their kids decide to become idiots one day.

I would just tell him directly. Maybe he is eating something wrong for his body? Does he have acid reflux? That makes the breath smell horrible.

I mean, I guess I have more respect for people who tell me why my behavior is monkey-like than i do for Europeans who judge cultural practices of another culture because they read some books about it.
