Same. I’ve worked in places that ask these questions more tactfully as in - have you ever been trained in CPR or workplace violence etc. It’s a major plus is someone knows how to answer that question. To say that they have had some training, to say that they would follow the disaster protocol etc.

Some towns, cities etc *DO* have laws requiring you to produce ID if asked. I’ve known people who have been arrested because of it, and they were American citizens. Some have laws requiring you to have $10 or more in your pocket to walk down the street, or if you do not an officer can arrest you for ‘vagrancy’.
