I was sympathetic until he blamed “feminists” as some kind of boogeyman.

The time to fight was before the November election. If we didn’t do anything then, we sure aren’t going to do it now.

Oh good. It isn’t as if Hillary Clinton has been humiliated in a few months. Should be a jolly good time for all. Maybe they can get Bernie Sanders to consult?

Yeah but everyone knows that YOU are white.

Rubio is still going to vote to confirm Tillerson, though. So maybe don’t rush to praise him on this one.

There is no chance of that happening. Sessions is going to be confirmed, and the dems know it. This is just politica theater.

Nope. Need R’s to break away, and so far they’re all showing support.

I’m way more upset about the fact that we kill stray dogs, tbh. Innocent animals are killed every day. I’m not going to shed a damn tear for Dylan Roof.

Clearly we will have to agree to disagree, but to me there is no reason to force anyone to interact with this person, or to feed or care for him, or give him any rights. I believe that people forfeit their rights when they commit such a heinous act.

Speaking of a justice system that isn’t applied equally in all cases, wouldn’t excusing Dylann Roof from the death penalty while so many black people are still on death row for lesser crimes just show one more way that black lives don’t matter?

The Death Penalty is not about being eye for an eye. It’s “we shouldn’t have to deal with this dreg anymore.” It’s ethical to take out the trash from your home and burn it: the Death Penalty is the criminal justice version of the same.

No, it’s not immoral. We have a responsibility to remove dangerous people from society and the gene pool. We do it with animals, we should do it with people.

I respectfully disagree. Dylann Roof is an unrepentant murderer who feels no remorse for his crimes. Death is the greatest punishment he can face. It’s what he deserves.

The death penalty is immoral, not because of who we apply it to but because we are the ones who must apply it.

No, he should die. As Clint Eastwood said, “It’s a hell of a thing, killin’ a man. You take away all he’s got and all he’s ever gonna have.”

This isn’t how you fight. This is how you deflect attention away from the terrible candidates.

If it’s on Amazon Prime, why is Netflix in the title of this article?

If everyone is going to die, then you better make me care about each and every character.

I think the movie would’ve benefited from a smaller main cast. Jyn, Cassian, and K2SO made a good team, but some or all of the others could’ve been jettisoned to make room for character development and a more streamlined final act.

nope democrat pretty much covers it
