Jar Jar is a Sith Lord. It’s the only explanation for his existence, but since the back lash was so bad on the first two prequels Lucas didn’t have the guts to go through with his original plan for him. I know it sounds crazy, but its the only theory that gives Jar Jar any reason to exist.
