I don’t get the name. Short Maltese? Can an actual speaker of Italian or Spanish help me out here? Little Maltese?

(one trusts Mr Miller was not using the colloquial “Dumb Maltese”)

The subtitle is “a ballad of the salty sea” which is pretty hilarious.

Wasn’t it also where Vicki Vale had been photographing war atrocities before turning up in Batman 89?

I think you’re right. Cordo Maltese has been the “go to” location in a lot of DC properties. It was referenced in The Dark Knight Returns and I’m pretty sure characters went there in the Arrow show.

Isn’t that also where the nuke was headed during DKR?

Ridley Scott’s superb debut film was The Duellists. Part of me hopes this will be his last film, for the symmetry.

I would love to hear Fox News rail against this cancel culture moment.

I’m glad.  Keyboards need punishment too.

“In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups: The police, who are the real criminals responsible for all crime and the district attorneys, who railroad a defendant into serving hard time so they can tout high conviction rates when they run for higher office.

Didn’t they kidnap, rape, and torture her for hours before she died? I mean, that’s a bit overkill especially since by the next season she was pretty much completely forgotten, and McCoy didn’t even get to nail the perps in court.

She’s pretty fucking awesome on the hood of the Vanishing Point car.

Um, maybe it’s because she was Uma Thurman’s stunt woman in “Kill Bill” and Taratino has tremendous respect for her?

She’s Zoe Bell, an amazing stuntwoman in her own right.

God, I’ll always remember leaving the theater that day and you could just feel the excitement in the air. It was such a mindblowing experience watching Smokey and the Bandit for the first time.

As a Gen-Xer myself, I enjoy the fact that everything that is wrong in the world gets blamed either on the Boomers or the Millennials... That leaves us to just quietly go about fucking shit up without any blame. And you know who is to blame for us not getting any of the blame for stuff? Probably the Boomers and/or the

Keep in mind this is a crowd that claims to follow Jesus, a middle-eastern man who gave out free healthcare and hated rich people.

Kurt Cobain is laughing at you Dave along with Millions of Patriots

Porky is also awesome in the Sylvester haunted house cartoons.

This is perfect. I was always a huge Daffy Duck fan (I even, as a very shy and socially awkward girl who didn’t know how to start a conversation, wore a Daffy Duck shirt to my first day of college orientation) and I have loved Loki since he was introduced in the MCU. This explains a lot! I mean, Hiddleston is dreamy,
