I hope we hit a breaking point. Hard. So hard that they never go back.

“In previous iterations of the series, players could turn off driver assists like auto-braking in order to earn better rewards for racing. Now that’s all handled by these mod cards.”

Eating the capsaicin is one thing, standing in it is another. All your research proves is why birds will eat peppers. Go grab a pigeon and rub it on their feet and bodies - they will freak out and flee. The bed bugs I’ve captured and put the gel on run around in circles until they die. It is a deterrent, first and

Interesting! I’ll have to check that out too!

Yes! Think about it: They hide in clothes and purses and then come to a dark theater full of warm-blooded buffets!

The capsaicin gel we use lasts months, but it is more of a repellent/deterrent. Residual power is something nobody provides when it comes to bed bugs - at least not anymore. Those heat treats are expensive , invasive, and don’t even get the job done most of the time.

Very true. Also make sure that you are not over-applying. If you can see piles of it, you’ve used too much. A very fine dust of it (we bought a battery-powered duster which really helps with box springs or getting into torn furniture backing).

I’ll politely disagree.

Capsaicin is the main ingredient in PiGnx, destroys the membrane in brain tissues and wreaks all kinds of havoc on insects.

Bedbugs typically won’t travel on tile, stone, or metal. They stick to various woods and fabrics.

Yep! Hot hot water for everything. Another tip: Put small dressers in black plastic bags during the summer and stick them outside. It will kill ANYTHING in them

Diatomaceous earth is made of the shell remains of billions of dead microscopic sea creatures, called diatoms. The shells are made of silicon dioxide, a fine powdery substance to humans, but millions of sharp edged particles to household insect pests, including bed bugs. When diatomaceous earth gets into the joints

Exactly. Doesn’t even get thought about by the average person, but bedbugs love it!

This is what most of life boils down to.

Yep! They’ll live in metal bed frames too. Behind pictures on the wall, under dressers. One client even had rock crystal under their bed that the bedbugs had made into a home. They’re resourceful bastards.

We use capsaicin and diatomaceous earth now. But that’s more barrier and deterrent.

Bathtub is key! Listen to this guy!

They love wall sockets and will travel through subflooring and any holes. I’ve treated a few high-rises in LA. Cleanliness is not a proven measure of bedbugs, but vacuuming often helps. The problem with bedbugs is finding their source and locking down the environment. It can take multiple re-treats and can be

Check the headboard!

Always put your suitcase and clothes on tile. Usually the bathroom. If the bathroom is carpet (yuck) put your suitcase in the shower, while not in use.
